Endometrial or Cervical Polyps: What You Need to Know
Endometrial and cervical polyps are common non-cancerous growths that develop in the uterus or on the cervix. While often benign, they can cause discomfort, irregular bleeding, or fertility issues if left untreated.
At our clinic, Dr. Divya Venugopalan, a trusted expert in women’s health, provides accurate diagnosis and advanced treatment options for patients experiencing symptoms related to polyps.

What Are Endometrial and Cervical Polyps?
Endometrial Polyps: These grow on the inner wall of the uterus and may lead to heavy or irregular menstrual bleeding, bleeding between periods, or postmenopausal spotting.
Cervical Polyps: These appear on the cervix and can cause light bleeding after intercourse, between periods, or after menopause.
